Registration

To apply for a place, please use the Gilah Registration Form.

Once you have registered your child, we will note their date of birth, together with the date of application, shul membership and whether siblings have attended. Your child cannot start until after their 2nd birthday, and the earliest start date is dependent onhow
full the nursery is at that time, so may not be until several weeks or months after he/she turns 2.

This will initially be for two or three mornings or afternoons per week, progressing to four afternoons or five mornings when a space is available.

In the event of the nursery being oversubscribed, priority is given to children of Borehamwood and Elstree Synagogue members and to those who have/have had siblings at Gilah. Date of application will also be taken into account.

Please read theGilah Rules and Regulations.

Places for September 2011

At the moment we are waiting to hear from parents of our present pupils when they are offered places in nursery and reception classes in primary schools. We will then offer vacant places as soon as we are able. Until we know how many children are leaving us in July we cannot offer any more places. If you have heard that your child has a place in a nursery or reception class, please use thecontact informationto let us know.

Please doNOTtelephone the Chair of the Board of Governors to enquire when you will hear if your child has a place. If you wish to contact the nursery, please use the contact informationprovided.

One Term’s notice of intention to withdraw your child from the nursery is required after acceptance of a place in writing or a term’s fees in lieu of notice will be payable.
