The nursery is managed by a governing body, including parents and the head teacher, who together with the Rabbi, a representative of the Shul management committee and a member of staff, share the tasks involved in running the nursery. The governors are responsible for:
- Managing the school's finances
- Employing and managing the staff
- Making sure the nursery has – and works to - policies, which help provide high quality care.
