Management and Governance

Gilah Nursery is managed by a dedicated Committee, working closely with the Head to oversee the day-to-day running and development of the nursery.

Our governors are responsible for:

  • Overseeing the nursery’s finances and ensuring resources are used effectively.

  • Supporting the employment and management of staff.

  • Ensuring the nursery has appropriate policies and procedures in place to support high-quality care, education and safeguarding.

  • Working with the Head and wider team to support the continued development of the nursery.
